Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your STUDIO TIA pieces; therefore, we offer returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and securely pack them in the original STUDIO TIA packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
